
DARLINGTON, S.C. – Darlington County School District announced today that early-bird 4K registration will be held on April 29 at four locations across the county.
The registration information is as follows:
• For the Darlington area, registration will be held on April 29 at Darlington Adult Education, located at 100 Magnolia St., from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• For the Hartsville area, registration will be held on April 29 at Hartsville Adult Education, located at 427 W. Carolina Ave., from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• For the Society Hill area, registration will be held on April 29 at Rosenwald Elementary/Middle School, located at 508 Church St., from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• For the Lamar area, registration will be held on April 29 at Lamar Elementary School, located at 214 N. Darlington Ave., from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
In order to register a child for 4K the child must be 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2016. The materials required to register a child include:
• Proof of residence (i.e. utility bill)
• Proof of income/S.C. Healthy Connection Medicaid Card
• Immunization Record
• Birth Certificate
A registration slot will not be reserved for a child without documented proof of residence and proof of income.
