Employee Child Transfer

2025-2026 Application Form- School Transfer Request for Children of Employees

This application period will run from February 3, 2025 - March 7, 2025 at 4:00 pm. Once the application has opened, there will be a link at the bottom of this page. You must use your Darlington County School District email to complete the form.

These students must be your biological children or you must provide a legal document that shows you (Employee) have full legal custody of the children.

This form must be completed every year. We will NOT accept any transfer requests after March 7, 2025. No exceptions! Only current employees who have a new job placement for the 2025-26 school year will be allowed to make changes after the March 7th deadline.
