Application/Transfer Request Period	Feb. 2 – February 27, 2026
Employee Child Transfer Request Period	Feb. 2- February 27, 2026
Random Selection for Expanded Choice	March 11, 2026
Employee Child Transfer Approval	June 8, 2026
Parents Notified of Transfer Request Expanded Choice	June 10, 2026
Deadline for Parents to Confirm Transfer Request Expanded Choice	July 1, 2026
Any available slots will be filled	July 6,  2026- July 10, 2026
Stay Put Deadline for Expanded Choice	July 16, 2026

 

Application Period for Employee Child Transfer and Expanded Choice ONLINE ONLY - Applications will be received ONLINE February 2 thru February 27, 2026 at 4:00 pm.

The Random Selection Lottery Drawing will take place and parents will be notified by email of their lottery number – March 11, 2026

Employee Child Transfer approval emailed to employees on or before June 8, 2026.

Parent notification letters for Expanded Choice students will be emailed giving the students the opportunity to move to their choice school on June 10, 2026 based on the number of slots available at each school.

Deadline for parents to request the change and confirm the student would like to transfer to their choice school July 1, 2026.  After this date, the students must attend Expanded Choice selected school.

After deadline, any available slots will be filled by the next available lottery number.

The Stay put procedure goes into effect until the end of the school semester on July 16, 2026.
