Application Period for Employee Child Transfer and Expanded Choice ONLINE ONLY - Applications will be received ONLINE February 1 thru February 29, 2024.
The Random Selection Lottery Drawing will take place and parents will be notified by email of their lottery number – March 28, 2024
Employee Child Transfer approval emailed to employees on or before June 3, 2024.
Parent notification letters for Expanded Choice students will be emailed giving the students the opportunity to move to their choice school on June 5, 2024 based on the number of slots available at each school.
Deadline for parents to request the change and confirm the student would like to transfer to their choice school June 27, 2024. After this date, the students must attend Expanded Choice selected school.
After deadline, any available slots will be filled by the next available lottery number.
The Stay put procedure goes into effect until the end of the school semester on July 10, 2024.
