If you are in need of your school records for any reason, please read all of the instructions below.  Please note that we do not store records for private/community schools in Darlington County.

How to Request a Transcript/School Records

Effective March 10, 2017, former students, educational institutions and authorized 3rd parties must request transcripts, immunization records and education verifications online.

Using the link below, complete the online form, submit payment and receive updates as your request is processed.  Fast, Secure and Easy.

Please note that you will be required to upload a copy of your state issued identification or driver's license as part of the verification of identity process.

(Please read before submitting a request to avoid delays with processing) 


Processing Time 

Allow a minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) business days to process your request.  This processing time may be shorter or longer depending on the volume of requests. 

Recent Graduates/Attendees

If you graduated or withdrew from school within the last two (2) to three (3) years, check with the last school to see if your records are still available from there before submitting a request to the Records Department.  The Records Department stores older, inactive records, but these dates vary per school.
