The Darlington County School District uses Parent Link, an automated phone notification system, to share general information (fee deadlines and parent meetings), emergency information (lockdowns, bomb threats), and school closings and delays with our families. In accord with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), parents and guardians have the option of opting out of general information SchoolMessenger calls on their mobile phones. If you would like to stop receiving SchoolMessenger general information calls on your cellphone, download and complete the form and return it to the Darlington County School District (DCSD) Office of Communications by fax, email or regular mail.
